Definitely the best interview process I have experienced. Initial call with the recruiter was very relaxed and was just to see if you were a good fit for MongoDB and to outline expectations. The real interview process consisted of 3 stages.
1) 45 min call with two sales managers. a mixture of experience/ competency based questions.
2) Mock sales call & Mock prospecting email
3) 'The Challenge' - 3 sections consisting of another mock call, a presentation on MongoDB Atlas and a mock call with an account exec.
Overall the process was challenging but very rewarding and the interviewers gave so much feedback at every stage.

I enjoyed the interview process as it was really smooth, fast and intuitive. I also got a lot of support especially from the hiring manager, Human Resource team and referral.

Entretien
MongoDB has a very well structured recruitment process. It is a 4-stage interview process which includes competency-based questions and role plays. Throughout the entire process the team provided me sufficient amount of time and materials to prepare myself and they were always available for any type of questions. They even implement preparation calls before each stage.
