Entretien
There were multiple rounds. First with a recruiter, then the hiring manager followed by co-workers and members of other teams who I would work closely with. Finally, I met with the VP of the division.

Depending on the stakeholder, the questions were different, however they fell into 2 major 'buckets'.
a) Program Management knowledge
b) Culture Fit (company and team)
c) People Management/Stakeholder engagement
