J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez MongoDB en janv. 2015
Entretien
I received a technical interview over the phone. The interviewer, a software engineer, was kind, helpful, and gave useful feedback at the end. I did not receive a phone call afterwards, but an email indicating that I did not get an offer.
Pretty good, had to interview with like three people all in the span of a few hours due to time contraints but i was able to make it through. Its not too bad , just be ready to answer behavioral questions mostly. Emphasis on teamwork and growth
The process unfolded seamlessly, encompassing three rounds: an initial recruiter call, followed by a technical interview, and culminating in the final manager interview. I found the overall process to be remarkably efficient and effective, facilitating a smooth and well-organized experience.
It was not too hard, but there were some questions where I was struggling to think of the answer to in time. Overall would not say this was a relatively bad interview
