Interview process is very detailed, many interviews with different stakeholders and a process called Challenge that requires a lot of preparation. It's really a process that measure many soft and hard skills from the candidate.

Many questions simulating a real business discussions to understand how the candidate behaves and how to drive challengeable questions.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Entretien
Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
