After filling a form in their website phone interview was schedule, the interview last around 30min and was with 2 people. They ask very standard questions. If you google most asked question in interviews and study it you will probably be prepared. (Which I wasnt). They asked about their company and what you have heard so far and ask to explain what the company does and after they explained about the job and the company and make a serie of questions about your background.
