I applied online and talked to them at a career fair and they emailed me for a phone interview. I was asked technical questions and we had a brief conversation about mongoDB.

1. Recruiter screen, which was around 20 min w/ questions about interest and resume 2. 1 hour Karat interview 3. 3 hour virtual onsite interview (2 technical, 1 behavioral) with three different engineers.
