Phone call with recruiter. This is helpful to learn as much as possible about the position and the company.
Phone technical interview ~45min
This is a classic coding exercise via phone and shared code editor. Usually not incredibly hard but challenging enough to filter out non qualifying candidates.
In-Person interview ~3h
This includes a coding task, an algorithm challenge and a system design challenge. You also have enough time to chat with the hiring manager and director to get a better idea of what the position entails and any career opportunities.
The technical interview was challenging and I really appreciated that most questions were coming from day to day work and were not obscure tasks. Everybody was very easy to speak with which gave me a good insight on who I would be working with.
I got a response the day after the interview, the recruiter really helped me navigate the offer. I took the offer and moved to Austin within a month although they were ready to give e more time to adjust.
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
Coding question related to working with some recursive data structures. An actual task from day to day work.
Interviewer had a particular solution in mind that took a different approach from my own. My solution was algorithmically correct but not one that they were familiar with and preferred a non-closed form solution.

Recruiter phone interview, a technical screen, then multiple technical interview rounds. I've gone through non-concurrent programming, concurrent programming, algorithms and the design one; didn't make it to the behaviorial and final interviews,
The process is well explained, and I have even got feedback afterwards.
