I interviewed with 8 people in total, including the recruiter, during 6 rounds of interviews which lasted a little over one month; some people I talked to twice. The interview was not rigorously structured, it was more of a conversation. Every time I was given plenty of time to ask questions, including the first interview in which I spent more than half of time at the beginning to ask questions, which helped me frame my subsequent answers in the right context. People were all friendly, open to share information, which gave me a pretty realistic view of the company and role. Given the current situation with COVID-19 all interviews were video calls.
