Initial phone interview then onsite interviews - 2-3 onsite ones in a day. Signed NDA so cannot share interview questions but I am disappointed as the hiring team is actually conducting interviews of too many candidates and they just have a small team so I really have no idea what they want to do by interviewing a lot list of candidates. It seems they are not clear on what sort of candidate they are looking for and it does not make much sense if you are just wasting some candidate’s time and your time as well and at the end of the day you just want to hire someone who you like to connect with socially as it is very clear from overall interview process. It’s better for them to go to a bar and hire someone they like. I am sorry but it is really not meaningful if someone interviews 100 candidates for 1 vacancy. If they know what they are looking for then they should just interview 5 best suited candidates and then hire one out of them.
