Brief call with an internal hiring manager followed by a challenge that was reviewed at an interview with line managers, and then a more cultural interview with team members and potential future colleagues. Natasha, the internal hiring manager, was on hand to help navigate the whole process and made it really easy and enjoyable. Overall a smooth and quick journey from application to decision.

Simple and streamlined, there is also a very useful article on LinkedIn that explains how the process works in detail. There was an initial phone interview with HR and then a task was set out to be completed, if they liked it interviews were arranged.
