      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Monetate en nov. 2017

      Entretien

      The interview process took 4months! I mostly dealt with the recruiter however she was bad with follow-up call or e-mail regarding status. The interview was poorly managed with zero care for the candidate. I have 2 phone interviews and then a video interview with the head of Design. Then they flew me in for a day long face to face. After booking my ticket, the recruiter never shared the itinerary of interview or what should I prepare, she also never picked up my calls or answered to my email. Once I reached the office, there was no one to welcome me, rather they were clueless. Finally, the designer came and introduced me to the office space. After waiting for 3 hours, I was asked to give a presentation (which I knew nothing about). I started presenting my work and after 15 mins, they asked me to stop (apparently is was supposed to be only a 15 mins presentation). After that, it was an intense 4-hour long interview. Asked me to whiteboard and do brainstorming session with the designer and engineers. This was by far the worse onsite interview I have ever given. I never bothered following up with the HR, if offered I was going to decline. However, she did contact me 1 month after the onsite interview saying that we believe that your visual design skills are stronger and we would like to consider you for our future position. By then I had already joined another company, so I really did not care too much.

      Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on your interview and I'm disappointed to hear you had a negative experience. I would love for you to reach out to me directly so we can speak about this in more detail. We did not hold any interviews for our UX position in November so I want to make sure I am clear on your timeline so I can address any holes in our process. All correspondence with candidates -both email and phone- is tracked through our applicant tracking system so I would like to go back and see where the breakdown occurred.
