Fast passed, felt rushed and pressured to accept an offer. Take your time and read things through carefully. Haven’t gotten to the final round but if you are smart there is nothing to be worries about

I had an initial phone screen for an opportunity, I read the reviews on Glassdoor but I tried to enter the conversation with an open mind. I could tell straight off the bat this is a micromanaged company with zero work life balance, cliquey teams. When I asked about base salary increase the hiring lead told me they would get back to me and never did. I am glad I decided to not move forward.
I was emailed from LinkedIn to set up an interview but during the call the interviewer was acting like she the role wasn’t a fit. It was awkward! She kept saying she wants me to be happy and understand if it’s not a great fit because this role works long hours
