Firstly, you get the call from HR dept. and you both find a time for 30 mins phone call. The report from the meeting is sent over to the department. Once you pass the first stage, tge next one is a mtg with future manager and pltaform lead (F2F or remote, for 99% will be done remotely)

1. via phone - why do you want to change the job, the project u're proud of, the project that went bad, which stakeholders you are/were working wth (f.e. demand/supply planners, marketing, etc.), short conversation in English 2. F2F/virtual mtg with your potential manager and platform lead takes aprox. 1.5 hrs- tell me about yourself, what motivates you, tell about the situation you would take different approach, the situation that you took the lesson from someone, the project that you;re proud of, two scenarios - what would you do

Awful and disrespectful administrative process. After the interview with managers, the HR mailed me and took an appointment, however ghosted me went on vacation. The manager found someone else during HR's holiday. HR mailed me after her vacation said it and "the manager found someone else, and we don't need the call anymore", she even didn't apologize for her unprofessional behaviours.

Good interview process with clear and usual questions. Level expected for this kind of position but need to prepare it prior in order to maximize chance to pass to the next step.
