There were a total of three interviews that I went through. The first interview was introductory and discovery based. The interviewer asked questions that were based on the job description and what the role would be about. The second interview was similar. The third interview was conducted by a senior level manager and the questions asked were completely misaligned from the job description. Upon reflecting, this should have been a red flag because it appears upper management is misaligned with reality.
