I applied for the position when I received an email of expression of interest to teach. I was given an interview with the unit coordinator which lasted around 20 mins. I was asked about previous teaching experience and why I wanted to teach.

What would you do if a student was unhappy with their assignment mark?
Send a video of yourself (upload a youtube video), send your resume. It was very easy, no formal interview required. They told you what questions to answer in the video

Entretien
Overall it was a very relaxed and nice talk. We went through the CV, and the interviewer asked a few questions about my qualifications, teaching experiences so far and my plan for the year.
