I applied for this position because I knew it was a step up to where I wanted to be in my career within the property management industry. Being that I was applying from another state and time-zone, the people at Monarch were very understanding and flexible with my phone-interview times available. They were extremely sensitive to the fact that I was still employed at my previous company and allotted times that I wasn't going to be in the office to do a Skype interview. (Thank goodness for technology.) I had several phone-interviews, one teach-back session, and a skype interview before being offered the position. I felt very confident in accepting the position being that they answered all of questions and concerns about relocating from across the country.
