Relaxed, conversational style. Reviewed my resume and experience and discussed goals for my next role. Included a short assessment of my skills in autocad to ensure that i was not completely new to cad. Super nice manager at that time, not sure what it is like these days.

It's easy if you actually know how to use CAD, if you don't know how the solar industry works it doesn't matter you get to learn on the job like everywhere else.
