Easy and didn’t take long. The interview is a two step process, you first meet to verify information, then they choose whether or not to interview you. I happened to interview with my former boss. Others just interview with another call center representative manager.

Extremely professional, both interviews done by two different women were handled extremely well, no fluff just trying to uncover what I could bring to the company. Very rewarding experience and I’m looking forward to starting there.
