After uploading resume and applying on-line I had a phone interview with HR which gave a overview of the position and additional, very useful information about the company and culture. There was a followup call with the hiring manager which was more detailed to ensure a good fit for both sides and discuss career path. It was clear there is room to grow. I was scheduled for a 4 hr. video interview session with various departments but I accepted another offer just prior. Everthing I learned about Momentive personally and feedback from outside recruiter was positive. It really seems like a solid place to work. High level review of benefits/401k were VERY competitive.
