It has three steps, first one is Technical, the second one and the more challenge one is system design, and the last one name Mollie rules which contains HR questions. All interviewer are very friendly and try their best to help you to answer the questions in a best way. Exactly as they declare they change the interview to a friendly conversation.

That was a very smooth process. The spteps was designed to know the candidate completely and I really enjoyed it. I didn't feel stress during the sessions and I have enough time and oppurtunity to introduce myself completely.
