One interview with hiring manager. Questions were easy. I was hired on as a temporary employee, but was hired on full-time after 3 months. Hiring process was easy, but they hire many of their employees based on temporary status first.

Phone discussion with recruiter around 15 minutes long. Phone interview with recruiter which was well rounded and took about 20 minutes. In person interview with 2 person management team. The in person interview lasted about 45 minutes.
