Phone interview for screening purposes. Face to face interview with two supervisors, one right after the other (although I have seen two supervisors interviewing some prospective employees at the same time). Phone offer. Trip to Long beach California for three days to see company culture(totally different in a negative way in Ohio), no room for negotiation of salary, written offer, a lot of paperwork for background check.

Complete online Application, phone screen with HR passed to then interview with Molina HR, 1st panel interview with direct supervisor and area director (team). Once passed all levels offer was extended by HR.

Good pay and great culture. Start with recruiter then move to hiring manager, remember to ask a lot of questions back. It shows you’re interested.
