The hiring process was quite fast, it takes no more than 2 weeks. Before the interview, I was given a case study regarding some topics and I am required to choose 1 to answer to (I choose to create a PRD on a feature/product that I would develop for Moka as a PM. Then I present my solutions (PRD and prototype) to the VP of Product and 2 PMs.

Entretien
First, I have a phone interview with the HR team discussing about last professional experiences and expectation. Then, they give me assessment (skill test) related to the job I applied for and gives me a week or more to finish it. Last, I have presentation about the assessment with the users and Q&A session related to the task given. Day later they offered me the job.

1. Phone Interview: basic interview questions to get to know my background and experiences
2. Case Study: upon passing the phone interview, I received an email which included a case study to be completed -- select a challenge (product-related), create a Product Requirements Document, submit
3. Presentation & Interview: if they are interested with the PRD submitted, you will be asked to present on site
