I applied online and heard from an HR person within a few weeks. As I was located near the office, I scheduled an in person interview. I went in dressed formally, however, the office is extremely casual. I interviewed for probably about 3 hours and met with 5 different people during this time. The questions ranged by person but weren't too out of the ordinary by any means. They were very laid back and easy to talk to. I received an email a few days after the interview offering me the position.
