Interviewer twice failed to show up for the interview. He claimed their AI agent was the reason he failed to show twice. After the third, and successful attempt, he scheduled me for a technical interview. Wouldn’t you know it, no one showed up for that interview either.

The interview process began smoothly, starting with an application on the careers site, followed by calls with the recruiter, hiring manager, team, and HR. However, the post-interview experience became disorganized and frustrating. I was unexpectedly asked to re-interview and then was ghosted without any follow-up. This has been by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in the tech industry, marked by poor communication and a lack of accountability from both the recruiter and the hiring team. In hindsight, I’m relieved I wasn’t counting on an offer from them.
