Google hangout with two developers. Both showed up to the video interview wearing masks. Beyond being a bit strange, the masks made it a bit hard to hear what they were saying. Both interviewers had some prepared questions but could not have seemed more bored with the process, my answers or themselves. There was zero excitement about the product or the role. We eventually made it to the code test. At some point, I asked a question and no one was there. There should be a button in Google hangouts for "this is a waste of everyone's time". Suggestion...if all you want is a code test for screening, use a service. You are not representing your company or the role well in this format.
