MID is know as a good employer in the area.
Unfortunately, MID is a company that is very stuck in the past.
The way that they "interview" people is that they run them through a series of "skills" tests. That would be fine except that the questions that they ask are so poorly worded and thought through that it causes confusion in the process. It is very hard to describe unless you actually go throug hthe process and experience the dysfunction that is the MID testing protocal.
It is unfortunate beccause there a a lot of great people that have tremendous skills thta could be brought to the organization. MID and its customers are being short changed by a flawed process that at best identifies individuals that can answer the questions the way they want them to - it really does not identify the true skill sets of the individualks being tested.

They would ask for you to pay an expense in excel but they would not identify whether or not it was annual or monthly.
