Very friendly hiring team and they ask the right questions. Overall 3 rounds of interviews and a long time within the hiring process which was 1-3 months. Experience along with personality is what makes a difference.

Three interviews:
The first interview was a basic screening. They wanted to meet me and just seemed to want general impressions. They directly confirmed I had a bachelor's.
Second interview was with the direct report manager,
Then for the last interview, I had to create and present a slide deck of a mock project kick-off call.
