The longest part of the process was phone tag with Mod Med, it appeared that they some big deadlines looming and I had to call a few times to check on the status of my application. I was brought in twice, the first time to go over the basics of the company, discuss the role with Mod Med HR, and meet some of the team I would be working with. The second interview was about an hour and a half, and focused going over and testing the skills in my resume, observing my testing methodology, and discussing the tools and frameworks used by the Mod Med automated testing team. All in all it was a positive experience, but be prepared to show what you know.
