Lengthy interview process with 3 or 4 phone/video calls just to get ghosted by both internal and agency recruiters. I’ve talked to other candidates that have had this same experience. Very unprofessional. Depends on which specialty you interview for as it seems there are some managers that just don’t want to hire anybody.
