I initially applied in the portal and was given an online assessment consisting of puzzles and challenges. After that, I was asked to do a technical interview.
Finally, there was a final round, consisting of two technical interviews and one behavioral.
I received an invitation for an HR screening, but the interviewer arrived 20 minutes late without prior notice. During the call, we discussed my experience, and I was explicitly told that the next step would be scheduling a Technical Interview.
Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after that. I sent follow-up email but received absolutely no response. In all my years of interviewing, this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Disappointing interview process.
Tough, lots of technical questions. Many stages with behavioral and technical questions. Pair programming with front end and back end application just to start and proctors watching all the time.
