Very smooth process in which I spoke with the board 3 times before it decision was made. The first contact was via email. Then I was scheduled for our first meeting, in which I met one board member. Then, following that meeting, I was scheduled to return 3 days after to me, 2 of the board members that I will be working with directly. Interview with smooth questions were relevant attitudes were great. Last interview callback was to meet the full board be introduced to the company. I was also given my salary package and commissions program. I accepted the paperwork starting to immediately. Everything was very smooth.
