Very casual first and second interviews. First is basic questions about your resume and such. Second you just go in and listen to their spiel. Danny interviewed me and he seemed to be a great guy.

You meet Dustin Woods, the CEO of this small business. (Personally, we talked about Call of Duty and Halo, it was pretty interesting compared to most interviews)That's the preliminary interview, it's like 15 minutes tops. Then, if you pass that, you will meet a Executive Team Trainer or an Executive Team Leader and they will go into detail about the business. The curtain has finally been pulled. There is absolute transparency and many people fail this interview because they are just not for the field. This second interview would usually have a second person even though it's a 1:1 interview. The other person is just there to learn how to do an interview. Why don't you include him after when the main interviewer is done asking you questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1. What do you for a living?
2. Do you have what it takes?
3. How would you like to be a boss?

Had two interviews.
#1- Met Dustin (owner) he was very nice & personable it was a brief 20 minutes and when I asked "what exactly will my job duties be?" He responded "basically training for a management position for about a year"
then interview #2 comes and it's a duel interview (2 candidates, 1 interviewer) expected to be an hour. The guy goes over the company and some of its clients and how great it is and he got promoted 4 times in a year, ,etc. He starts going over the positions and how everyone starts at the bottom and do moves up and how much each position makes and that the first two positions you were in the field 70% of the time, then I ask what exactly is the field and he says meeting with customers in problem areas, etc. Between this and one review that said it I then ask " is this a DOOR TO DOOR job? " he does his best to redirect the question and I would not let that happen and it comes out. DOOR TO DOOR with no appointments. No thank you!
