The recruiter scheduled one call the week before, and then I met with two potential colleagues (two different locations) over the phone for one hour. Out of 110 applicants, I was told I was one of six selected to interview. Though I was told the Recruiter would get back to me after that call, I never heard a thing after the interview, not even a "thanks, but no thanks" email. NADA, zilch, nothing!!!!! I also didn't think the recruiter did a very good job to say that despite the job showing up under Premier Global Systems (PGi) parent company, that this role was actually with Modality who doesn't run under PGi's processes really. She kept referring to Modality Systems, but the LinkedIn job posting read "PGi" everywhere. I felt I was penalized for not knowing the job was with Modality. The whole experience was odd and I chalk this up to yet another smaller company with broken processes.
