Two technical rounds (Juniors followed by a senior person had taken interview), manger round (MD of the company communicated ) followed by HR round. In manager round, they have asked how much they can compensate and what is your role etc. HR round will be like more formal.

As I joined as fresher, they asked all basic questions from Java, SQL and web technologies in technical round.
Technical followed by managerial rounds. All basic stuff in technical round in HTML, Java and database. Managerial round with managing director. Then HR to discuss the compensation and other stuff.
