The interview process consisted of five rounds — the first four involved meetings with both local and regional teams, followed by a written test and presentation. Overall, the process was smooth and well-organized.
However, there has been absolutely no update regarding the final decision. I believe providing a status update is the most basic courtesy a quality company should extend to candidates who have invested significant time and effort throughout the interview process.
If replying to each candidate individually is too time-consuming, perhaps an auto-reply could be set up — at least it shows respect and consideration.
