Unable to get their process they are very unprofessional , first round is online test(in their office) which i cleared very easily then face to face interview held . i thought my interview goes good but did not receive any feedback for 3 days but after that got a call from them asking some documents ( previous company salary slip , bank details , last appraisal letter etc) , I thought i cleared the interview as normally, company want theses details to finalize the things . I shared all the documents on mail and after 4-5 days they call me to come to office ( i thought they will give me offer letter ) but again they conduct meeting with their vice president and and one another lady person which ask some technical question again and to write a simple pattern program and discussed my job role then send me back by saying they will send the feedback within 1-2 days . I leave and their response did not come for a week so i thought i was rejected by their senior person (things look fine up to now) but after a week they call me back for 1 more telephonic round Seriously i laughed for 15 minutes like ROFL ...what the hell is going on ,normally we goes from telephonic to face to face but they are reverse...in telephonic round they asked only 1 question how frontend developer calls my backend API(Easiest of all the question i faced ever) thinking that every person of this company want to take my interview ...sill i cannot say i am rejected or they can call me back...LOL.. So be Aware friends do not trust companies till you got an offer letter they are just wasting your and their times
