Firstly I would suggest the HR team (Talent Acquisition team) to actively reply /update the candidates post-interview, you will never find an update / firm confirmation from the team, they call you for an interview, the interview would take all full day i.e if you are an entry level engineer the Leads, the Senior Engineers, Manager, Senior Manager and finally the Director would interview you. They just keep you on hold for months stating you are a prospect hire. Would strongly not recommend.

phone and tech onsite. Has some good people and some disrepectful ones. One of my interviewers(higher mgmt) was particularly rude/un-interested. Not much you can do when your interviewers come with that kind of an attitude.
