The interview process included following rounds:
Group Discussion - a topic is given for discussion on which everyone has to speak
Communication skills - English speaking skills were judged as they have foreign clients so its necesssary
Verbal Test - again an online verbal test was conducted
Technical Round - 2 rounds of technical test were conducted that contains objective type as well as programming questions

Telephonic interview.. no process if they want they hire and fire. Dont get exceited to get placed in a fraud company like this. By the speed you are hired with same speed you are fired as well.
