i've got in communication directly with the upper management. i got no call on the interview date, and two hours later than its original time, i got a text saying that it was postponed the next day, without any justification. the next day, still no call on the consented time, much later a discord link with no instructions. during the interview, i was told that i am underexperienced for the position but still they "could manage to make it work", my current peers within the company are paid a bit more "by the boss" to boost their performance, and couple of more interesting phrases by the interviewer. also, the questions i have asked beforehand haven't answered properly. very slack communication overall. i stated that i'd like to end the interview because of those attitudes, both during the interview and its priorly which was grasped as "i didn't like the salary range". to conclude, very bad interview process management.
