2 Phone interviews. Seemed to be slightly disorganized. Communication was spotty at best. Just look at the company's lack of updates on many job forums. Think that pretty well speaks for itself.

Basic... Tell me your background evolves into conversation
They allowed me to ask questions. I ask the tough questions. Why did previous manager leave? What problems need fixed? What would employees tell me off the record? Really didn't provide answers. Provided me the everything is great nothing needs fixed. Based on online reviews this is not the case.
What challenges would I confront on day one? No challenges... How boring!!
