I have been interviewed first by the recruiter, and it was a nice talk about myself and my professional interests. The second step was with the HR Manager plus the Finance & Control Manager. They were very focused on the behavioural side, trying to understand which person I am. Since the candidates were very educated and highly skilled (they said this), they wanted to understand which personality might fit best the team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took about two weeks. I made it to the second-round interview, all the interview questions were basic, nothing very tricky. During the first interview, I spoke with total of 4 people one at a time. As for the second-round, I spoke with the department VP. It was a positive experience.
