It was a very amature interview process. I met with the manger in the back of the sales floor. He asked me very basic retail questions about my ecperience and how i would benefit the company. After that he sent me to meet with the district manager at another store(close by), and basically do the same thing. I got a call 2 days later from them with an offer.
