Ghosted after a positive recruiter screen. I was a referral through a mutual vendor that Mixpanel currently uses, and one I’ve worked with for many years, which makes the lack of follow through even more disappointing. I followed up with the recruiter and received no response. Unprofessional, but apparently consistent with how candidates are treated.
