Professional Human Resources interview and rigorous testing done via PC. The interview questions were based on situations and problem solving. The hiring manager was not a good fit for me and would not answer questions about the future product strategy or involvement with Nissan.

Just hired in the spot and rushed things. The car business truly is not for everyone and unless you are truly passionate, I recommend not going interviewing for this place.
