Considering most remain in COVID isolation, the whole process occurred online. the initial conversation occurred with their HR and she asked some generic things such as where I work, what I do, etc. After that, they requested to design a welcome screen for an iPad app and it wasn't a big deal because the only thing that we need to prepare is creating artwork for it. I designed one using a 3D application and the results obtained were excellent so I successfully passed that test. the final interview occurred with there lead designer. Like the HR, he asked some generic questions and asked me to explain the intentions behind the designs I prepared earlier. I assume that he wasn't happy about using a 3D program for creating it. My conclusion is that they were looking for persons who got some field experience and work conventionally.
