Get interview request from the company recuriter and then set up a talk with one interviewer for 45 min over Skype. The interviewer looks inexperienced to me, he didn't introduce himself or talk about their team before I asked.

Most time he just asked what I have done before and it looks like they don't want to hire anybody, but learn knowledge from experienced interviewee who has specific knowledge.
