I had a Phone screen and then multiple other in person interviews with sales leaders and owner. All of the interviews were in person at location. It was informal in as much as I could tell they had not prepared for meeting with me prior. Lunch is clearly an important thing to the leadership in this company.

Mr Quik has joined the era of ghosting. I applied and heard back within a fairly reasonable response time. A phone screen was scheduled, and the time was moved to accommodate a last-minute change from them. The call seemed to be going well talking about the company and my background, until I heard the screener get in their vehicle to take the call from the road. From there I could sense a change to the point where their concentration changed. They told me about the process and the next steps. After that, ghost. Never heard from them again, not even a thanks but no thanks email.
