If you truly want to know and what it is like at MSQC? I was with that company for almost 3 years, until I had enough of the company and the pay! They say it's $16.00 an hour is a lie!!!!!!!! You have to do so much overtime just to pay your bills and kill yourself for that money. Shippers and Cutters do not make that much money! How they treat people who work them is so unreal. They promised to put in a bathroom for the FBY Department and still haven't done it. That was promised for 6 years and still nothing. The company does not put the money in good use for the employees! It's pretty bad when night shift person makes more that regular shift and most of them are right under making a lead or manager pay! That company is horrible when it comes to work injuries, they do not care at all! They more lawsuits that will get them shut down soon for safety reasons! People do not get moved up or promoted that company hires from outside never inside the company! The only way for you to EVER move up in that company. Is either you are close to the owners, owners kids, Close to the high ups in the company or have family that is higher up in the company. Either you are a Mormon or a Christian! The Drama there is so bad its like you are in high school over again! Managers have they're own little groups on each shift ( special ones get the to do whatever they want on that shift) Managers except for ONE manager truly knows how to work with people and show them respect they deserve. The pay is horrible the isn't work it with the amount work they want you to do and plus hit numbers every day! That company just blows smoke up people's butts too make themselves look good. In the public eye try and work at the shops and warehouse. The warehouse people get treated the worse. For the past two years working there my taxes weren't adding up right even though that I have no children or anything just myself. I had gotten a hold of HR, Payroll, The Controller of the company. They did not care at about it all I got was poor excuse from them and that's it. My tax agent told me that they weren't taking enough taxes out of my paychecks. Doesn't matter what you do for that company they will screw you over! I would like to know where my taxes went for one. Probably went to the one of the owners new house was being built went to support that. This company needs too either go union or close down for good! Because all they care about is money and it is showing through the employees.
