Interview consisted of 2 calls, one with HR and one with a Partner of Mission Recruiting. Was more conversational and curious on their structure. Super easy, not really anything that made them stand out. The turn off was the time between those calls, and then the silence for a few weeks, before the HR turned around leaving me a voicemail stating that they would like to hire me and could make the salary expectation work. I was just turned off at that point, without prompt communications and paired with their mostly negative reviews on Glassdoor.
